I recently asked a group of parents from student ministries to help me show love to our adult youth leaders throughout the year. They have been doing simple acts of kindness about every other month. For Christmas they presented each of our volunteers with a beautiful platter of home made cookies with a note of appreciation. Our leaders were so blown away and felt so appreciated.
