Natalia and I had a really great time on a Daddy Daughter Date Night tonight at the NY Islanders game. Thanks to some friends we were able to enjoy the game from an executive suite. Such a fun night with my baby girl!
Valentine’s Day 2014
To celebrate our love, on Wednesday I surprised Adriana and had an Edible Arrangement with a teddy bear delivered to her at work. She was totally shocked! Today we went into Manhattan and had a really delicious lunch at Dos Caminos. During lunch we had fun reminiscing about our most fun memories together. After lunch we walked around and discovered a new favorite NYC hangout … Chelsea Market. This place is awesome! We had a great time walking around, seeing all of the restaurants, stores, etc. We even found – finally! – street tacos! We had some gelato and a crepe, and picked up some freshly made doughnuts for the girls. On our way home we came up with 20 date ideas that we are going to work on accomplishing this year. This evening we came home and our girls had set a romantic mood in the house, complete with candles, cards, chocolates … and locked us in our room to watch a romantic comedy. So sweet!
Daddy-Daughter Date with Claudia
Last night Claudia and I had the chance to go the the Brooklyn Nets game at the Barclay’s Center and see them play the New Orleans Pelicans. We had a lot of fun together, and even got to go down on the court after the game to shoot free throws. Very appreciative of this fun memory we were able to share on our daddy-daughter date. My girl’s growing up so fast!
Aaron Rodgers Shares About His Faith in Christ
Yesterday I had the privilege of going to the Super Bowl Breakfast with my friends Dominic and Chris. At the breakfast we heard from many NFL Hall of Famers and players, and saw Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers receive the Bart Starr Award. It was a tremendous event, and so great to hear Aaron share his faith and about the people who have impacted his life – including his parents and his Young Life leader.
